Returns
You must contact us to get a return goods authorization number from Ohio Belting before returning anything. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. When you send the product(s) back, please include the return goods authorization number on the outside of the box. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If applicable, some products/items are non-returnable and you will be notified of this before your order is processed. No return goods will be accepted without prior authorization.
Refunds
You will be notified once we receive your item. Your item will be inspected when we receive it. When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. When the credit is received will depend on your card issuer's policies. A restocking fee may apply.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Shipping Discrepancies
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
