Clamping cylinders are ideal for stamping, staking, pressing, punching, bending and holding an assembly, drilling, positioning and pressure testing fixtures. The heavy bronze castings and rugged piston and rod construction give you a long-life, dependable, easily serviced cylinder.
Base mounted cylinders deliver a push power stroke perpendicular to the mounting surface. One air seal - a "U" section piston cup - assures minimum friction loss and a positive, air-tight seal. Fully enclosed springs give rapid piston return. Stainless steel rods are standard. They are also available with threaded piston rods.
