Turck’s ARGEE (A Really Great Engineering Environment) technology brings PLCs to the field level. Introducing a simple programming environment that runs on Turck’s multiprotocol Ethernet platforms, Turck’s FLC (Field Logic Controller) devices introduce users to the next step of control, allowing program control and confguration to be done anywhere, anytime, using something as simple as your handheld device. Permitting simple PLC functionality, Turck’s FLCs expand the capabilities of block I/O to new areas and solidify Turck as a leader in feldbus technology.

Turck has released an overmolded connectivity solution for J1939 Deutsch applications. The fully assembled solution increases longevity and durability while reducing installation time. The newly designed offering provides an ideal solution for mobile equipment and oil and gas applications, where environmental factors such as shock, vibration, cold temperatures, moisture, and oils can affect performance.

Turck is expanding its portfolio of capacitive sensors, now offering 18 mm and 30 mm capacitive barrel sensors with teachable capabilities. The new offering comes in two variants – teach by wire or teach by button.

Turck announces its new XSH (Xtra Small H) splitter design, which will replace the current SH (Small H) splitter family. The new product features a compact design, to help streamline daisy chain installations. The mounting through holes match the SH version so you can easily transition to this new design.

Turck recently announced an expansion to the YB2 line of compact disconnect splitters with LEDs.Turck YB2 Splitter The new addition to the YB2 line features a translucent black overmolded design. This encapsulates the LEDs and protects them from physical damage while also complementing visibility. The LEDs are visible from both sides of the splitter, which allows for more flexible mounting options. The YB2 is available with an M12 (eurofast®) trunk connector and either M12 (eurofast) or M8 (picofast®) branch connectors.

Turck announced recently their new family of teachable ultrasonic sensors. The new ultrasonic sensor series from Turck enables the user to cover large sensing ranges with fewer sensor variants and short blind zones.Turck teachable ultrasonic sensors The sensors are available in 18mm and 30mm barrel housings with sensing ranges from 40cm to 300cm. Turck has announced the uprox3 series of sensors, which offers the largest switching distances of all Factor 1 sensors on the market thanks to an electronic platform that uses the latest chip set and manufacturing technologies.
