• Contact our team of customer service representatives, 1-800-472-8886, to confirm part number eligibility.
• Our production team will build and ship your Reducer Express order same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM Eastern time will be shipped the following business day.

Shipment Details
Air shipment is required except for customers located within the following states: VA/TN/NC/SC/GA/AL/MD/KY.
For these states, Boston Gear/Ohio Belting & Transmission allows standard ground shipping but the customer is responsible for any delay if
the shipment is not received within one day.
Carrier Details
The customer may use any carrier they choose but UPS and FedEx Priority LTL are the preferred carriers.
Boston Gear/Ohio Belting & Transmission is not responsible for any pick-up delays due to the use of non-preferred carriers.
